Job Title: PHP Backend Developer

Our client, a data organization, is seeking a skilled PHP Backend Developer to join their team. As a key member of the development team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend requirements, architect solutions, and implement features that enhance the performance and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write clean, well-designed, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Document design decisions, technical specifications, and implementation details.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and manage backend services in production environments.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in PHP. Laravel is ideal, but other frameworks such as Symfony or CodeIgniter are also acceptable.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies, including relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
