Accounts Receivable Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, from processing payments to preparing aging reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and reconcile batches in compliance with GAAP
  • Respond to information requests from stakeholders, including shippers, customers, and the sales/marketing department
  • Perform general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures
  • Enter and balance financial data in ledgers while reconciling bank accounts
  • Maintain, relate, and promote the mission, values, and culture of the organization
  • Communicate with clients to settle payment issues and establish payment plans as required
  • Ensure accuracy of documents and codes

Requirements:

  • Detailed and able to work independently
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
  • Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
  • Current and relevant ERP system experience
