Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing aged accounts to determine next steps, investigating unapplied payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Process account adjustments and assist with cleaning aged trial balance for assigned accounts
- Perform AR reconciliations and collection of outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Engage with Management and sales team on Accounts Receivable issues
- Maintain and update customer database as needed
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of full cycle Accounts Receivable and Collections experience. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience with accounts receivable projects and clean-up efforts.
Additionally, you should be able to accurately handle high volumes of transactions, meet deadlines, and prioritize your workload in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups, is required. Experience with Great Plains is an asset.
