In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for adopting a friendly approach and using your analytical skills to offer a people-centric experience for branch clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice on personal and small business banking products, including transaction, investment, personal financing, and insurance solutions.

You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and advance in your career. By obtaining your mutual fund representative licence, you will be able to progress in your role and expand your responsibilities. This may include performing mutual fund transactions, supporting clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process, and ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.

As a Banking Advisor, you will join a team of experts specializing in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas. Prerequisites

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following prerequisites:

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent;
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – if not, you must obtain this licence within three months of hiring with a full refund once you have successfully obtained it;
  • Have advisory service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity;
