Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Il Forno Fusion Canmore. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
