Job Summary

Oceanwave Modern Construction is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment and tools necessary for construction projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition materials and supplies necessary for projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
