Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

At Superlative Drywall Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Direct and coordinate the activities of our construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to our construction team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate costs and materials required for each project.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on our construction sites.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction

Work Details:
