Job Title: Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role:
CB Canada is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the automotive manufacturing team, this role will focus on improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process changes.
• Work with production teams to implement process changes and ensure successful execution.
• Develop and maintain documentation of process improvements and changes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
