Cloud Services Manager

BDO is seeking a seasoned Cloud Services Manager to lead our rapidly growing Cloud Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing new service offerings, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth: Champion revenue and profitability growth, drive the team to close new business, and safeguard renewals.
- Sales: Lead pre-sales initiatives, develop pricing models, and create cloud proposals.
- Engagements: Manage high-transactional cloud engagements, act as a customer escalation contact, and provide management and guidance.
- Operations: Manage the team, ensure effective delivery of operations, and contribute to practice planning.
- Talent: Manage the cloud operations analyst team, mentor and coach team members, and foster a sense of purpose.
- Demonstrated experience managing a cloud services, sales, operations, or support team.
- Experience in the technology consulting field, cloud solutions provider, or similar.
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner and exposure to products such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or other cloud software vendors.
- Experience driving results using CRM or a pipeline/sales management tool.
- Having some form of technical background.
- Demonstrating a passion for Cloud technology/services and emerging or innovative technologies.
