Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to achieve operational excellence
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to meet Tim Hortons' high standards
- Develop and implement methods to increase sales and achieve targeted costs
- Manage team members with open communication and understanding
- Support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business
Requirements:
- 2+ years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
- Practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Strong operational experience
- Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
