Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Yaas Grill House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our high standards.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
