As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our clients' information.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prepare, index, and scan hard copy records according to client specifications.
  • Verify data from forms and documents for accuracy and completeness, entering it into our online database.
  • Consistently meet assigned deadlines while maintaining a high level of data quality.
  • Adhere to established protocols during the data entry process, ensuring document review and compliance.
  • Achieve specified production rates for data entry tasks.
  • Provide guidance to users regarding data requirements and document status.
  • Sort and file paperwork as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of business experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of data entry and scanning software is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
