Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for reviewing bills and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle billing and data entry
  • Entering drivers' payroll information in the system
  • Obtaining missing or correcting data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness
  • Working closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Reviewing, processing, and evaluating bills or invoices for services rendered
Requirements:
  • Accurate and swift data entry abilities
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll Functions experience
  • Billing experience desired
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
  • Efficient in spreadsheets, internet applications, and ERP systems
  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance
