Job Title: Data Entry Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team at Technology Solutions. As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data entry team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise data entry staff to ensure they are meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure that all data entry equipment is functioning properly and make recommendations for upgrades or repairs as needed
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
