Job Title: Client Service Manager

Job Summary:

The Client Service Manager is responsible for delivering solutions and resources to clients, as well as managing and growing the client's profit and loss (P&L) individually and in aggregate across a book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Client Executives to support client service efforts and provide professional development opportunities.
  • Review client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage to determine product/service requirements.
  • Implement and maintain a quality service plan, ensuring accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents.
  • Manage timely billing/collection for each client.
  • Develop working relationships with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities.
  • Comply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clients.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working with commercial insurance from a consulting space.
  • RIBO license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Technical background or experience working in the technology industry.
  • Client services experience.
