Job Title: Client Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Client Solutions Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, courteous, and positive experiences for clients and business line partners.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of industry-related information, product offerings, and platforms.
  • Actively respond to complex complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Contribute to the maximization of Contact Centre efficiency by accurately documenting and tracking complaints.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop training opportunities.
  • Achieve and maintain required service level standards.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL) is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Subject matter expertise in trading and market mechanics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
