About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced baker to join our team at I.LAC INVESTMENTS INC. as a Bakery Manager. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake and prepare a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality standards
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality baked goods
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
