Head Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at I.LAC INVESTMENTS INC.

• Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Bakery Operations: Oversee the preparation, baking, and handling of food products, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Staff Supervision: Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Financial Management: Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, including managing inventory and controlling costs.
• Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their needs are met.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
• Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
• Work Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week.
