Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Manage and develop a team of business development professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and develop strategic recommendations
