Key Responsibilities- Assist Teachers with Lesson Planning and Implementation
Work closely with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, providing individualized support to students as needed.
Provide Support to Students with Special NeedsOffer one-on-one support to students with special needs, adapting instruction to meet their unique requirements.
Manage Classroom Behavior and EnvironmentHelp maintain a positive and productive learning environment by supervising students, reinforcing rules, and promoting good behavior.
Supervise Students during Non-Classroom ActivitiesEnsure student safety and well-being during activities such as lunch, recess, and field trips.
Assist with Grading and Administrative TasksSupport teachers with grading, attendance tracking, and preparation of lesson materials.
Collaborate with Teachers and StaffWork closely with teachers, parents, and staff to address student needs and progress.
Requirements- High School Diploma or Equivalent
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
Previous Experience Working with ChildrenPrevious experience working with children is highly preferred, but not required.
Computer ProficiencyBasic computer skills and proficiency in educational software are preferred.
