Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KFC. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain a high level of food safety and quality.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and paper products, to maintain a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
