Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Mr. Mass Food Corporation. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and counters.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
