As a Cardiovascular Perfusionist, you will contribute to clinical, education, and research practices in perfusion, providing critical care to patients requiring cardiopulmonary bypass, ECMO, or ventricular assist devices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing extracorporeal life support to patients in critical care settings
  • Participating in inter-hospital ECMO initiation and transportation of patients
  • Integrating new knowledge and research into clinical practice

Requirements include a graduate degree from an accredited perfusion program, a minimum of an undergraduate baccalaureate degree, and a commitment to understanding and aiding in the pursuit of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
