Job Title: Elementary Education Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Education Professional to join our team at Mountain View Christian Academy Society. As an Elementary Education Professional, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on best practices in education

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
