Job Description:

PML Professional Mechanical Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the purchasing and warehouse departments across our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning budget and expenditures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assign projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments
  • Coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resources
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve high performance
  • Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures
  • Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Manage contracts to ensure timely delivery and quality
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to stakeholders
  • Advise senior management on strategic matters
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, purchasing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of information technology and MS Project
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work at our physical location. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
