Food Service Operations Manager

Gorugoru Food is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned professional with 3-4 years of experience in managing food service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring revenues, staff performance, and planning daily operations. You will also be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures, as well as organizing and maintaining inventory.
Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient delivery.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible deals.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
