Job Title: Office Manager

North Park Cleaners is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities
  • Ensure that all administrative activities are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record management and government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components
  • Coach and oversee payroll administration
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Time management and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication
Work Schedule:
  • 37.5 hours per week
