Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira Technical Analyst to join our team at TEEMA. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Jira Cloud and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Configuration

Design and implement custom workflows to match our team's processes, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.

User Management

Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions, ensuring that users have the appropriate access levels and troubleshooting access issues.

Project Setup and Maintenance

Create and configure new projects, including setting up project roles and permissions, and maintain existing projects to ensure they are optimized for team use.

System Customization

Customize dashboards and reports to meet our team's needs, and develop and maintain custom filters and queries.

Integration Management

Integrate Jira with other tools, such as Align and SharePoint Connector, and manage and troubleshoot integration issues.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments, and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.

Training and Support

Provide training sessions and create documentation for users, and offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues.

Automation and Scripting

Implement automation rules using Jira Automation or scripting tools like ScriptRunner, and develop custom scripts to enhance Jira functionality.
