Job Title: Strategic Planning Director

Hunter Express Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Director to lead our organizational development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
