Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Range Lake Clinic.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This includes managing medical records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of upcoming events
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare team members
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist with training and onboarding of new staff members
- Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operation of the clinic
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
