Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Range Lake Clinic.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and test results
- Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
