Job Summary

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to meet the needs of the team.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food preparation and service.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
