Job Summary

Trillium Guideway Partners is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System Administrator to support the implementation and improvement of our Project Quality Management System. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining QMS documentation, tracking logs, and preparing quality reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain QMS Documentation
    • Assist in creating quality manuals, plans, procedures, and forms.
    • Develop and maintain tracking logs for processes such as Submittals, NCRs, ITPs, Deficiencies, audits, and more.
  • Prepare Quality Reports
    • Develop regular quality reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual reports as needed.
  • Develop and Maintain KPIs
    • Develop trends and maintain multiple Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate QMS performance.
  • Assist in NCR Resolution
    • Assist in the resolution of Non-Conformances (NCRs).
  • Coordinate Audit Program
    • Coordinate the Project's audit program plans.
  • Ensure Quality Records
    • Ensure that all Quality Records associated with the implementation of the Quality Management System are kept organized, sorted, accessible, and retrievable.
  • Coordinate Archive/Records Retention System
    • Coordinate the Archive/Records Retention System.
  • Assist in Project Handover
    • Assist in the project's handover process.
  • Track and Monitor Deliverables
    • Track and monitor all the deliverables from Third-Party testing agencies.
  • Attend Quality Meetings
    • Attend quality meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Conduct Internal Audits/Reviews
    • Conduct internal audits/reviews to investigate the cause of key issues or to investigate possible QMS failures.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Proven Experience
    • Proven experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in the administration and maintenance of the QMS within the construction industry.
  • Post-Secondary Education
    • Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or technician and quality control and assurance experience or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification
    • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification with experience in conducting audits is a considerable asset.
  • Computer Skills
    • Excellent computer skills, working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, databases, and web-based solutions.
