Job Details

We're seeking a seasoned media strategist to join our team and help us redefine what's possible in healthcare media strategy. As a key member of our media planning team, you'll leverage your expertise to develop and execute media strategies that drive real results for our clients. You'll work closely with our research teams and other departments to define go-to-market strategies across all media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead media strategy development for healthcare providers and patients, including segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies.
  • Manage the media pitch process, from RFP to final delivery, and develop compelling strategic narratives and media plans.
  • Lead new business RFP processes, crafting strategic narratives and developing effective media strategies.
  • Collaborate with media planning teams and research teams to define go-to-market strategies and support media planning and analytics teams in their analysis of media activity.
  • Extract and apply data to derive meaningful insights that drive strategy, and provide POVs on go-to-market approaches as needed.
  • Train and mentor members of the media team to elevate their strategy and storytelling skills.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and optimization, leveraging data and analytics to build a compelling business case.

Qualifications

  • Requires years of experience in leading client media strategy, with expertise in agency new business pitch process, communications planning, and media planning within US pharma/health agency roles or client-side roles.
  • Deep understanding of HCP and patient media strategy development, especially in relation to new therapeutic launches and label extensions.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing patient and HCP segmentation, targeting, engagement strategy, and measurement approaches across various therapeutic areas.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS through short and long-term measurement, and performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of cross-channel marketing, including TV, search, social programmatic, and display.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, results, and concepts to senior executives and internal teams.
  • Experience in brand campaign and lead generation, with clear and established accountability metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project and team management experience.
  • Comfort with and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work.
