We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for one of our customers in Montreal's South Shore. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode, with a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the continuous optimization of software applications and platforms used by the organization.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders and suppliers of IT solutions.
  • Managing IT development projects to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the company's business processes and ERP system.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and translating user requirements into functional specifications.
  • Analyzing costs, benefits, and organizational impacts, and contributing to implementing necessary changes.
  • Demonstrating excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Documenting, analyzing, and mapping business processes.
  • Contributing to defining, coordinating, and executing test scenarios.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering (or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst.
  • Knowledge of ERP (Epicor) and Jira.
  • Familiarity with agile environments.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent oral and written bilingualism in French and English.
