About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Arm Logistics Ltd. as a Delivery Drivers Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, with the potential to expand to 5-10 people.
    • Lead and manage a team of delivery drivers.
  • Training and Development
    • Train or arrange for training for team members.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient delivery operations.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
    • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals as needed.
  • Communication and Administration
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
    • Organize and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Industry Knowledge and Experience
    • Experience working in an independently owned business is highly valued.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and adaptability are essential for this role.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • A team player with a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
