Job Summary

Dephine Enterprises II Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Develop and implement work schedules

Certifications and Requirements

  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Permanent work term
  • English language proficiency
  • 35-40 hours of work per week
