Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Athletic Club Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our athletic facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, team management, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our athletic facilities, including maintenance and repair work, client coordination, and staff supervision.
  • Assist clients with special needs, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Supervise, schedule, and review the activities of workers, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and team player.
