We're seeking a talented Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy staff
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications and over-the-counter supplements
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and manage pharmacy operations
- Provide excellent customer service and counsel patients on medication use
- Develop and implement community-based marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, registered with ACP, injection certified, and APA
- 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and coach staff to achieve high performance
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies
