Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies

Requirements

To be successful as an Occupational Therapist at SE Health, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
