We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health, a leading provider of healthcare services in Canada. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and compassion. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, formulating goals and recommendations, and planning and implementing client-centered treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address clients' goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and well-being

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
