**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at S I Systems. As a Senior Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for coaching teams across the organization to streamline processes and integrate lean principles.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead Lean initiatives, including multi-day Kaizen events and formal problem-solving sessions
* Develop and implement process improvement plans to increase efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate lean principles across the organization
**Requirements**
* 8+ years' experience as a Process/Lean Consultant
* Proven experience in leading Lean initiatives
* Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
