Business Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Consultant to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in improving health and safety culture within our client's department.
The Health, Safety and Environment Branch is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and managing various health, safety, and environment initiatives. These initiatives aim to transition the organization from a reactive state to a more proactive state, where incidents are prevented rather than responded to.
As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will use the Lean Six Sigma approach to analyze business functional requirements, identify information, procedures, and decision flows. You will also develop HSE Branch initiative plans and implementation strategies to improve overall health and safety culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business process improvement initiatives
- Assisting in the development of programs and/or implementation plans, including tracking and reporting tools
- Developing the organization's health, safety, and environment performance reporting
- Data management and building reports for various audiences
- Knowledge of occupational injuries and incident reporting in the federal government
