Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at K&K SONS 1 HOLDINGS INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Own transportation
  • Own vehicle
Work Environment:

Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
