About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at 1954095 Ontario Limited. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with Medication Management: Help residents with medication administration and monitoring.
  • Support with Mobility and Transfers: Assist residents with walking, transferring, and positioning.
  • Assist with Hygiene and Grooming: Help residents with hygiene and grooming tasks such as toileting, showering, and dressing.
  • Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with Meal Preparation and Service: Help prepare and serve meals to residents.
  • Assist with Housekeeping and Laundry: Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Nursing home/home for the aged.
