About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at 1954095 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support Patient Mobility: Help patients with walking, transferring, and positioning.
  • Assist with Meal Service: Serve meal trays and feed patients as needed.
  • Monitor Patient Health: Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure patients' rooms are clean and tidy, and that the nursing home is a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Language: English.
