About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at Best Centered Care Agency Inc. as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medical Support: Take patients' vital signs, administer medications, and provide basic first aid as needed.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning equipment.
  • Transportation: Safely transport patients between care facilities, using wheelchairs or stretchers as necessary.
  • Communication: Respond to patients' call signals, deliver messages, and maintain open communication with healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Language: English.
