About Us: Kin's Social is a dynamic and fast-paced company seeking an experienced Executive Chef & Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, manage staff, and maintain high-quality food standards.
Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. However, actual compensation may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all dishes meet our high-quality standards.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control kitchen expenses, including labor costs, ingredient purchases, and equipment maintenance.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
