Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Georges on Harbour. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume kitchen operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Food Cost Control: Manage food costs through efficient inventory management, portion control, and supplier relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks, dishwashers, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Culinary Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant culinary training.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
