About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Dynamic Facility Services Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness.

Event Planning and Execution

Plan and execute various events, such as conferences, trade shows, and product launches, to promote our services and build relationships with clients.

Communication and Public Relations

Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to engage with clients, stakeholders, and the public.

Website Development and Maintenance

Oversee the development and maintenance of our website to ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and effective in promoting our services.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and projects.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing software and tools.
